IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

  • Epson products currently sold or handled by you.

  3. To conduct channel member surveys, by itself or by providing Identifying Information to its authorised agents
Other than as specified above, Epson will not share, rent, sell or otherwise disclose Identifying Information to any other company or organization, except if it is required by law to disclose such information, for example, by a court-issued subpoena.

Epson may disclose channel member statistics to advertisers, business partners and other third parties, but in doing so, no Identifying Information will be disclosed.
 
SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We will take reasonable steps to keep your Identifying Information confidential and to protect it from misuse, unauthorised access or modification or disclosure.
 
We have implemented and will maintain accepted standards of technology and operational security to protect your Identifying Information.
 
SITE MEMBERSHIP AND PASSWORD
When you visit the Site after registration, your e-mail address and password will identify you. You will be free to change or to have this information removed from our membership database, as explained below.

If you wish to remove your Store or any authorised employee from our Site database or membership, you may do so at any time by editing your account details on the Site.
 
If you wish to update your Identifying information (such as a change of address), you may do so by editing your account details on our Site.
